Processing Time:

Each item is handmade in Denver, CO.
Processing times vary by product:
    •    Ready-to-ship items: 2–5 business days
    •    Preorders: 2–4 weeks (estimate shown on product page)

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number once your item ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If tracking shows your package as delivered, I cannot issue replacements or refunds.
Please check with your local post office or neighbors first.
If the package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), contact me so I can file a claim.
