Because each item in my shop is handmade, one-of-a-kind, and often made-to-order, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

However — if there is an issue with your order, please email me within 48 hours of delivery and I will make it right.

Order Issues

If your item arrives:
    •    damaged
    •    incorrect
    •    defective

Please contact me at contact.budandbloomcreations@gmail.com with:
    •    your order number
    •    clear photos of the item + packaging

I will replace the item or offer store credit depending on the situation.
